New Virus doing rounds! read in

Ok so nothing new here except this is a new virus and anti-virus software not picking up its a e-mail like the one below with a attachment which looks like a apple store gift certificate but is actually zipped file and when extracted and runs is a trojan horse virus so delete it and dont download or open!
